What happens if we don't hear from you
Details for a matured CTF
If we don’t hear from you, your money will transfer into a Matured CTF account in your name. You should have received the Terms & Conditions of this product alongside this information and we will assume agreement with these if we don’t receive another instruction from you.
The money is still yours and you will still be able to access this money, but you will no longer be able to pay into the account. All the options outlined in our CTF Maturity Options section will still be available to you.
If we don’t get all the information in time your money will transfer into a Matured CTF account. The instructions you have given us will still be valid, it will simply happen after your 18th birthday from the Matured CTF account. If you are transferring all or part of your money into an ISA with another provider, there is a chance there will be a delay to your instruction as some providers may not allow you to open an adult ISA until you are 18. This will also mean that if you have chosen the Split option your withdrawal will also be delayed.
The Matured CTF invests in the same fund as your CTF and the Terms & Conditions are broadly similar, including the Annual Management Charge (AMC). If you do have any more questions, please get in touch.
