Paying into a Child Trust Fund Account
Anyone can pay into a Child Trust Fund. By adding to the account, friends and family can be part of a gift that could contribute to their future. It’s important to remember that any money paid into the account is a gift to the child and cannot be returned to the payer.
You can stop, start or change your payments at any time. Payments must remain within the Government’s annual CTF allowance. You can find this on our website: kingstonunity.co.uk
You can see the different ways to contribute to one of our CTF accounts below.
Make A One Off Payment
You can make a one-off lump sum payment into the account either by bank transfer, by cheque or by card over the phone. The minimum lump sum you can send is £10.
Online banking
You can make a payment through online banking using the following details:
Account Name: Kingston Unity
Sort Code: 60-60-05
Account Number: 45941084
Reference: Please use the child’s URN as a reference. You can find this on a recent CTF statement or within the documents you received when the account was opened.
Cheques
Cheques can be made payable to Kingston Unity plus the child’s first and last name. Include the child’s URN (You can find this on a recent CTF statement or within the documents you received when the account was opened.) on the reverse of the cheque and send it to:

Over the phone
You can make a payment by card over the phone. Give us a call on 01924 240 164 and we will help you with this.
Set up a regular payment by Direct Debit
If you would rather pay a regular amount into the account, you can set up a Direct Debit from a minimum of £5 per month. We cannot accept payments from overseas bank accounts. If you are living overseas and do not have a UK bank account, please call the team on 01924 240164.
If you’d like to do this, you will need to complete our CTF gift form, which you can download using the link at the bottom of this page. Once you’ve completed it, you can return it to Freepost KINGSTON UNITY.
