TESP Reversionary & Terminal Bonus Rates

The Reversionary Bonus Rates for our Tax Exempt Savings Plans are as follows

The Bonus Rate is calculated on the sum assured. Once added, Bonuses are guaranteed provided the Plan runs to maturity.

2007 - To be declared in May 2008

2006   Reversionary Bonus 4.00%

2005   Reversionary Bonus 3.50%

2004   Reversionary Bonus 3.25%

2003   Reversionary Bonus 2.50%

2002   Reversionary Bonus 2.00%

2001   Reversionary Bonus 4.00%

2000   Reversionary Bonus 5.00% plus 5.00% special bonus

1999   Reversionary Bonus 5.00% plus 10.00% special bonus

1998   Reversionary Bonus 20.00%

1997   Reversionary Bonus 20.00%

In addition to the Reversionary Bonuses, a Terminal Bonus which is calculated on all accrued Reversionary Bonuses is applied. The Terminal Bonus Rate only applies in the year of maturity and the rates are as follows:

The current Terminal Bonus Rate is 15.00%
