Why we collect personal data

We ask you to provide your personal details to us: either to enable us to send you information about our products; or to respond to a specific enquiry you may have. When you complete our online enquiry forms, we ask for your contact details and other selected information so that we can deal with your request as efficiently and effectively as possible.

For example, if you send us an e-mail requesting information, we will use your e-mail address to respond to that enquiry.

We will not use this information for any other purpose and it will be removed from our system once used.

We use your personal details for this one purpose only.

We keep the information you provide to us confidential. All our employees and any other data processors that may access or process your details must respect this confidentiality.

Website logs

We record all visits to our website to help us to analyse site usage. We only log visits - not visitors - for this purpose.
