Kingston Unity has been providing a range of health and life benefits since 1840 and in more recent times these have been supplemented by the addition of both savings and lump sum investment products. We also offer both Individual Savings Accounts (ISA's) and the Child Trust Fund. As a mutual organisation owned by our members we do not have to make payments to shareholders so any spare surplus is used for the benefit of our members.
We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (The FSA), and included in the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (details are available on request). Our aim is to provide members with a personal, efficient and friendly service but if we fail to do so for any reason we have a formal complaints scheme with redress finally to the Financial Sevices Ombudsman.
