Kingston Unity With-Profits Fund
If you have a tax exempt savings plan, regular savings plan, investment bond or With-Profits ISA then your money is invested in the Kingston Unity With-Profits Fund. This fund includes a mix of different assets such as Equities, Property, Fixed Interest e.g., Government and Corporate Bonds and cash.We aim to provide smoothed investment returns over the long term by varying the weightings in each of these asset classes to provide our members with the opportunity to achieve healthy returns with low to medium levels of risk.
Every year we declare a bonus which is added to the guaranteed sum assured on the policy. The amount of bonus is decided annually by the Society Board following advice from our Actuary,and it is based on the returns achieved by the Society on its investments.

Once added to a Plan, bonuses cannot be removed providing your policy runs for the full period to maturity and all contributions are paid in accordance with the policy terms.
