Jennifer Thomas
Position: Director
Jenny has been a Board Member since 2006. She is a member of the Marketing Sub Committee.
Jenny was born 1947. She is married to Derek and they have three children, and two granddaughters.
Jenny has been involved with the Kingston Unity for over 30 years and has served as Secretary of Lily of the Valley since 1980. She served 14 years on the Board of Management between 1980 & 1994 and was Grand Master of the Order from 1990 to 1992.
She is an active recruiter for the Kingston Unity and has consistently won awards for new membership and insurance sales over many years.
Jenny spends as much time as possible with her grand-daughters and enjoys theatre, especially musicals, reading and antiques. She is very involved in her local church, being a house-group leader and member of the prayer team. She also fundraises for Church.
She works as a volunteer at Wheatfields Hospice selling items on ebay for them!
Whilst she enjoys e-bay her greatest joy is finding a bargain at auctions or car boots!She feels that her knowledge of the Society (as seen through the eyes of a Lodge Secretary) and her ability to sell the products we offer enables her to keep the Board in touch with the needs and expectations of the Membership as a whole.
